ABQ Stuff is a service of ABQ, the new media marketing division of Westward Connections Inc. Products offered in our online stores come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to offer your products through our online store program, please call our corporate headquarters at 505-292-3094 and ask to speak to Barbara.

Our products are created "just in time" by several manufacturers at multiple sites. Items are shipped as quickly as they are produced, therefore, portions of your order may arrive at different times. This assures you of the most prompt delivery of every item ordered.

Unless specifically stated within a particular product description, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products offered through our online stores. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact our Customer Service representatives for product return information:

Shopping in Multiple Stores

We maintain multiple web stores for your shopping convenience. If you are purchasing items through one of our CafePress, you can complete all your purchases with one transaction. You can even add items from Cafeshop stores not affiliated with our own. You will save on shipping costs by completing your purchases through one transaction. Order Fulfillment
We are privileged to have Cafepress as a fulfillment partner for most of our specialty product line. Items produced by Cafepress on our behalf are shipped directly from their manufacturing facilities in California.

For those items produced internally, we fulfill orders for in-stock merchandise within 24 hours of placement for orders placed Monday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. MT. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. MT on Thursday are scheduled for shipping the following Monday. If the normal shipping day for an order falls on a postal holiday, the order will be shipped on the next normal work day. If the item ordered is out-of-stock, we will notify you promptly; you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for shipment.

Canceling an Order
Please cancel an order as quickly as possible. If the item you ordered was produced for us by Cafepress, please e-mail the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to service@cafepress.com or call their customer service line toll free at 1-877-809-1659. If your order has already started processing, you may not be able to cancel it at all; in such instances, you will be responsible to cover shipping charges to the return the item ordered. If you have ordered an item produced by us, you will need to call us directly at 1-800-260-3094. In all instances, you will need to provide the order number and date as well as a description of the items you ordered and wish to cancel.

Changing an Order
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or change the quantity of an item ordered, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new one. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. If the item you ordered was produced for us by Cafepress, please e-mail the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to service@cafepress.com or call their customer service line toll free at 1-877-809-1659.

If your merchandise was ordered directly from us, you will need to contact us at 1-800-260-3094 or send an email to service@abqstuff.com. In all instances, you will need to provide the order number and date as well as a description of the items you ordered and wish to change.

Revising Shipping Or Billing Information
If you have completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing information, you will need to call us toll-free at 1-800-260-3094.

If your order was processed through Cafepress, please call them toll free at 1-877-809-1659 (Local/International customers may call 1-510-877-1579). In all instances, please have your order number ready when calling.

Ordering by Phone, Fax or Postal Mail
Yes, we still accept orders via phone, fax and postal mail. If you are ordering from one of our CafePress, please go to the Cafepress.com Ordering Information page for further assistance on how to order by phone or mail. If you are ordering items directly from us through one of our FlipAlbum Catalogs (either published online or on CD), please choose the products you wish to order, add them to your shopping cart, and check out. Complete all information in the checkout process. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click "Continue". Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:

Please write your Order Number on your check/money order. If you are unable to print your receipt, please include a note with your check clearly stating your Order Number. Please note that we cannot process orders paid by check until your check has cleared our bank.

Methods of Payment
Orders are not finalized until we have received order payment information. Online purchases may be processed through PayPal, a secure payment service which accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal checks. Purchases through our toll-free number (800-260-3094) will be made directly with Westward Connections via Mastercard, VISA, or American Express.

Purchases from our CafePress stores are processed directly by Cafepress. Cafepress accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of those major credit card companies. Cafepress also accepts Paypal as well as checks and money orders sent by postal mail. See their Payment Options page for further details.
